- Rents are due on the 1st of each month, there is a grace period to the 5th of the month. However, if the 5th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, rents need to be received in our office by 5:00pm on Friday.
- Late fees are assessed from the 1st of the month, which is the due date.
- Checks retuned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a return check fee and late fees.
- Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday though Friday.
- Any illegal activities on the property will default the contract and result in a 3 day eviction for the default.
- Additional people staying at the property without Rental Property Management's written approval is a default of the property.

- Utilities must be transferred within 7 days of signing the contract.
- Any change of phone numbers or mailing address should be reported to our office immediately.
- Any accidents on the property should be reported to our office immediately.
